如果当我们化妆品加盟店的业绩出现不平常的时候，这时的我们就会想起要做化妆品店促销推广。尤其是业绩出现向下滑的趋势的时候，我们会时常想起，是该做促销的时候了，是该宣传一下了，也许打个折顾客就来了呢？这样子的想法，不能完全说是对的。推广和促销并不是想做就做的，想要从事好化妆品店加盟促销推广，就需要做好明确的计划，这是活动出效果的一个重要步骤。

2014年6月郑州艾美妆园化妆品加盟分店做宣传，他们根据实际情况把促销和推广分成了两个活动部分。先是根据地区的情况，目前该38平方的单店每天的销量只有15000，每月的销量大概只有45万，根据销售额分析，平均成交几乎都是护肤和彩妆产品。结果，总部根据地区经理汇报的情况做了促销推广计划，其中大概的内容是

1、护肤和彩妆是销售的重点，所以要保持日后销量稳定的话就一定要增加宣传的力度和服务的品质，意思就是推广为主。

2、如果其他产品的销量要增加，那么以增加品种和降低价格的方式吸引顾客增加成交额，也就是促销为主。

3、整个活动智慧之选额占营业额的5％，算1万5千元左右。如果智慧之选经营目标为10％，月增加销量到大概40万才能算合格。

有了之前的具体化妆品店加盟促销推广目标计划，接着就制定详细的战术。

1、推广活动，就是以宣传性传单内容为主，带派发费共需要700优惠，2万份。防晒品，洗面奶试用装派送活动，700优惠3000份。加上店面装饰100优惠。

2、促销活动，也就是2月份情人节香水活动，优惠的是买200送100护肤抵价卷活动。以及洗发水护发素整套购买8.8折优惠活动。活动得到的结果是7月2日活动开始后，7月因为正好碰到情人节，香水促销这一块做得很好，当月香水销量达到9万，已经达到翻倍的效果了。而在洗发水和护发素这一块却是并不太理想，只增加了2万的业绩。传单派发出去后，到店人数也增加了，护肤和彩妆的销量增加了4万，总体月业绩达到了36万，目标已将超额完成了，并且放大使用装之后的效应让护肤和彩妆在8月和9月都有了很好的销售基数。稳定了8月9月的业绩，也正因为派发的试用装是保湿霜和洗面奶，正好是8月后热销的产品，这还给了8月的热销产品的促销带来了比较理想的潜在预期效果。终，当月销量增加了10万，而化妆品店加盟促销推广的成本只有1万5千，当月纯收银就提高了4万元。在后面的几个月里的销量也都得到了相对稳定的增加。
